CHANGED YOUR MIND? NOT A PROBLEM!
Return and exchange of proper quality items can be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the order for the purchases online and within 14 days for the purchases made in our showrooms. You can request the return/exchange for any reason: size, color, style or cut.
The returning/exchanging items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage), bearing factory tags, sales check provided.
In case of return online our managers process the returned parcel over a period of 10 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After the returned items have been processed the funds are returned to the customers card. Lead time for funds crediting to your bank account depends on your bank.
Important! Non returnable items: underwear, stockings, socks, bathing suits, leggins, bodies, other knitted legwear garment.
Online store managers have the right to refuse the return in case of used items. In these instances all delivery costs for the return remain with the customer.
All USHATÁVA items purchased either online or in any showroom are under a manufacturer's warranty.
FREE RETURN BY PICKPOINT IN RUSSIA
Return and exchange of proper quality items can be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the order for the purchases online through any of the PickPoint postamats.
- Sel ect the point with the receipt of the return of goods near you (point map);
- Fill in the return form, repack hermetically and indicate your contact phone number on the package ;
- Sel ect «Отправка заказов (Send orders)», then click «Возврат продавцу (Return to seller)» on the post screen. Select "Нет" (No) on the postamat screen. Select "USHATÁVA" on the page 9. Enter the code 142102122. The postamat will print a return sticker, put it on the package. Place the item in the opened postamat cell. Then you will receive a receipt for the return;
- As soon as the returned goods are delivered to the online store, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone;
- Track the return status on the website or in the mobile application for PickPoint.

Warranty period of USHATÁVA items is equal to 30 days fr om the date of purchase.
Important! Remedial action period under the warranty policy cannot surpass 45 days.
For seasonal items (such as fur coat, hats, coats and the like) warranty period is calculated at the start of a certain season and cannot be earlier than the purchase date. Season start date is defined by the Russian Federation subject authorized governmental body based on the climatic conditions of the customer’s place of living.
We recommend that you read and understand the product care instructions which are placed on the hangtag. The seller shall have no warranty obligations if the use conditions are violated.
Warranty does not cover the following issues:
- Abruption, cut, chafe, cloth burn
- Fabric has faded or soiled
- Pills formation
- Other defects caused by violation of use conditions, storage and transportation of items, actions of third parties or force-majeure.
Important! Garment accessories’ warranty period is equal to the warranty period for the entire item. After expiration of the warranty period provided, there is a possibility we are ready to supply you, on a fee basis, with the needed accessories for repair.
