The warranty period for all Ushatava products is 30 days from the date of sale.

Important! The term for elimination of defects under warranty obligations may not exceed 45 days.

For seasonal goods (for example, fur coats, hats, coats, etc.), the warranty period starts from the moment of the relevant season and not earlier than the date of sale. The season is determined by the authorized state body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, based on the climatic conditions of the buyer's location.

We recommend that you read the care instructions on the product label. In case of violation of the terms of use and care of the product, the seller does not bear any warranty obligations to the buyer.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

If the purchased item does not suit you in terms of quality or dimensional characteristics, you can quickly and conveniently return it within 14 days from the date you received the order.

To request a DHL courier call for a refund, you must:

  1. contact us in any convenient messenger;

  2. specify the order number;

  3. specify return items;

  4. specify the address for calling the courier;

  5. agree on a convenient day for processing the return (weekdays, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.);

  6. print the invoice, which we will send you by mail;

  7. fill out the return form, put it in the box;

  8. wait for a call from the courier service to clarify all the details;

  9. give the return parcel and the invoice to the DHL courier.

If it is not comfortable for you to use DHL courier service for a return, you can use any courier service that is convenient for you. In this case, sending the return at the expense of the buyer, the return period is also 17 days.

After receiving the package, the return will be processed within 10 business days. After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.

How to issue a refund in Shares?
