Delivery service - CDEK.

Delivery time: 2-10 business days, excluding the day of shipment, weekends and holidays.

Delivery cost - 500 RUB

Delivery time from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.

You can place an order at USHATAVA.com and pay with your credit card VISA / Mastercard / PayPal or Apple Pay.

Delivery service - DHL.

Delivery time: 2 - 7 business days, excluding the day of shipment, weekends and holidays.

Delivery cost - 1500 RUB

Delivery time from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.

Kindly note that depending on the country and the amount ordered it can become necessary to pay the customs duties in accordance with the customs legislation of the country of destination. You can contact your local DHL Express office by the phone number listed on www.dhl.com to get advice about delivery.

Combining of orders is not carried out.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes order tracking information. If you don’t receive an email with a tracking number, please, check your Junk Mail folder, and then contact us by online-chat or +7(800)350-55-32, ext. 1.

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Please, contact us by online-chat or +7(800)350-55-32, ext. 1 and specify your order number. We will send a request to the delivery service, provide you all the information and do our best to solve this problem in the fastest way possible.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return and exchange can be done within 7 days after the date of receiving the order by means of any convenient delivery agent or directly to a USHATAVA show-room in your city. The returning/exchanging items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage). All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Our managers process the returned parcel within 10 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After the returned items have been processed the funds are returned to the card of purchase. Please, fill in the return form attached to the package.If you need to specify the return address or you have any questions, please contact us by phone +7(800)350-55-32,ext. 1 or use our online-chat.

IF I GOT A DEFECTIVE ITEM WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Please, take a photo of the defect and contact us by online-chat. To prove any product failure the item will be sent for examination. If the product failure is proved we will offer you an exchange or return the purchased price. In such a case the delivery cost will be charged at our expense.

HOW CAN I REGISTER IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?

You can register in the Loyalty Program by making a purchase in our retail stores. You will be added to USHATAVA club by our stylists.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM IN retail STORES?
