HOW CAN I PAY ONLINE?

HOW TO PROCEED A RETURN TO ANOTHER COUNTRY?

The order is placed on USHATAVA.com and paid by VISA / MasterCard, PayPal or ApplePay bank card.

Delivery service: DHL.

Delivery time: 2-10 business days, excluding the day of shipment, weekends and holidays.

Shipping: 10 euros.

Delivery: 2-7 business days, excluding the day of departure (depending on the region), weekends and holidays.

Delivery interval: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (Mon-Fri).

Important! USHATÁVA takes over all the customs duties and taxes for client’s comfort.


WHERE CAN I TRACK THE ORDER STATUS?

When we ship your order, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. In case the message did not come to the email address, check the "Spam" folder, and please contact us by online-chat or +7(800)350-55-32, ext. 1.


DELIVERY OF THE ORDER IS DELAYED, WHAT TO DO?

Please, contact us by online-chat or +7(800)350-55-32, ext. 1 and specify your order number.

We will send a request to the courier service and try to solve the problem quickly. Then we provide all the information to you.


HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

If the purchased item does not suit you in terms of quality or dimensional characteristics, you can quickly and conveniently return it within 7 days from the date you received the order.

To request a DHL courier call for a refund, you must:    

  1. contact us in any convenient messenger;

  2. specify the order number;

  3. specify return items;

  4. specify the address for calling the courier;

  5. agree on a convenient day for processing the return (weekdays, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.);

  6. print the invoice, which we will send you by mail;

  7. fill out the return form, put it in the box;

  8. wait for a call from the courier service to clarify all the details;

  9. give the return parcel and the invoice to the DHL courier.

After receiving the package, the return will be processed within 10 business days. After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.


ITEM DEFECT DEFECTED, WHAT TO DO?

We ask you to take a photo of the defect and contact us online. To determine a manufacturing defect, we will send the item for examination. If the examination confirms the defect, we will offer you to make an exchange for another thing or make a return. In the event of a defect, delivery is paid at our expense.


I HAVE SENT A REFUND, IN HOW MUCH WILL THE REFUNDS BE PERFORMED?

After receiving the package, the return will be processed within 10 business days. After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.


HOW TO FIND OUT ABOUT ITEM AVAILABILITY IN THE STORE?

You can track the availability of models in showrooms online on the website. Go to the product card of the item you like, click on the item "Check availability in showrooms" and select any showroom.
