TERMS OF PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Logistic companies delay deliveries. Delivery period may be increased.

We do our best to make it more convenient for you to place orders through our website.

The term of forming an order: 1-3 working days.  It can be increased by 2 days during new collection releases and large drops seeing of the large number of orders.

A paid order cannot be changed. It can be canceled if it has not already been transferred to the shipping company. To do so, please contact us by phone +7(800)350-55-32, ext. 1 or write in online-chat.

Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the specified time frame.

DHL International SHIPPING

We work with DHL. And we take care of all your duty tax payments, so your shopping would be more comfortable. Please check if your country is included in the list for such operation.

Shipping: 10 euros. The order may be sent with several parcels from different cities (showrooms).

Delivery time (excluding the terms of order fulfilling): 2-7 working days, excluding the day of departure, weekends and holidays (depending on the delivery region).

Delivery interval: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (Mon-Fri).

Important! USHATÁVA takes over all the customs duties and taxes for client’s comfort.

The term of fulfilling an order in the pre-holiday period may be changed.

FREE RETURNS WITH DHL

If the purchased item does not suit you in terms of quality or dimensional characteristics, you can quickly and conveniently return it within 7 days from the date you received the order.

To request a DHL courier call for a refund, you must:

  1. contact us in any convenient messenger;
  2. specify the order number;
  3. specify return items; 
  4. specify the address for calling the courier;
  5. agree on a convenient day for processing the return (weekdays, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.);
  6. print the invoice, which we will send you by mail;
  7. fill out the return form, put it in the box;
  8. wait for a call from the courier service to clarify all the details;
  9. give the return parcel and the invoice to the DHL courier.

If it is not comfortable for you to use DHL courier service for a return, you can use any courier service that is convenient for you. In this case, sending the return at the expense of the buyer, the return period is also 7 days.

After receiving the package, the return will be processed within 10 business days. After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The service of payment by the Internet is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and Payment system MIR on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment. 

Our company uses modern methods of verification, encryption and transmission of data over closed communication channels.

To proceed the payment you will need to enter: bank card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard). 

All the necessary data is printed on your card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.

Next, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the security code that will be sent to you by SMS. If you did not get the security number, then you should contact your bank. 

Payment on the website is carried out using:

  2. Google Pay;
  3. PayPal;
  4. Bank card VISA / MasterCard / MIR.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:

  1. The bank card details were entered incorrectly;
  2. There are not enough funds to pay by this particular bank card;
  3. The bank card has expired. The validity period of the card, as a rule, is indicated on its front side. You can find out more about the validity period of the card by contacting your bank;
  4. This particular bank card is not intended to make any payments by the Internet. To find more information, contact your bank.
