Orders’ delivery from show-rooms
In case a product is unavailable from the online shop stock, we send those items from show-rooms in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Saint-Petersburg in separate parcels. DELIVERY ACROSS THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION BY PONY EXPRESS
Shipping cost – 300 RUB (delivery agent Pony Express). Free shipping is offered on orders over 5000 RUB.
Delivery period – from 1 to 10 working days, not including the day of departure, weekend days and public holidays (depending on the delivery region). Order processing – from 1 to 3 working days. Any order can be sent in several separate parcels from different cities.
Delivery time: 9:00-18:00 (Mo-Fr).
DELIVERY ACROSS CIS
Shipping cost – 500 RUB (delivery agent CDEK). Free shipping is offered at order of 10000 RUB. Any order can be sent by several separate parcels from different cities.
Delivery period – from 2 to 10 working days, not including the day of departure, weekend days and public holidays (depending on the delivery region). Order processing – from 1 to 3 working days.
DHL DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Due to the mass cancellation of regular flights, there may be a delay of express shipments.
Shipping cost – 1500 RUB (delivery agent DHL). Any order can be sent by several separate parcels from different cities.
Delivery period – from 2 to 7 working days, not including the day of departure, weekend days and public holidays (depending on the delivery region).
Delivery time: 9:00-18:00 (Mo-Fr).
Kindly note that depending on the country of order and on the amount ordered it can become necessary to pay the customs duties in accordance with the customs legislation of the country of destination. For delivery advice, you can contact your DHL Express Local Office or see detailed information in this spreadsheet. Order processing duration could be altered during days before public holidays.
TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Return and exchange can be done within 7 days after the date of receiving the order by means of any convenient delivery agent or directly to a USHATAVA show-room in your city. The returning/exchanging items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage). All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Our managers process the returned parcel within 10 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After the returned items have been processed the funds are returned to the card of purchase.
FREE RETURN BY PICKPOINT IN RUSSIA
Return and exchange of proper quality items can be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the order for the purchases online through any of the PickPoint postamats.
- Sel ect the point with the receipt of the return of goods near you (point map);
- Fill in the return form, repack hermetically and indicate your contact phone number on the package ;
- Sel ect «Отправка заказов (Send orders)», then click «Возврат продавцу (Return to seller)» on the post screen. Select "Нет" (No) on the postamat screen. Select "USHATÁVA" on the page 9. Enter the code 132453362. The postamat will print a return sticker, put it on the package. Place the item in the opened postamat cell. Then you will receive a receipt for the return;
- As soon as the returned goods are delivered to the online store, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone;
- Track the return status on the website or in the mobile application for PickPoint.
If you don’t have the opportunity or desire to use PickPoint system for return, you can use any courier service by your choice. In this case, sending the return at the buyer's expense, the return period is also 7 days.
Return via Russian Post is not possible.
In the case of online returns our managers process the returned parcel over a period of 10 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After the returned items have been processed the funds are returned to the customers card. Lead time for funds crediting to your bank account depends on your bank.
